NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with this mod. I installed all its components, everything as it should be – the executables in the bin folder, the data in the data folder – but the map editor doesn't display the new neutral creatures (even though I'm launching the NCF editor). And in the game, when generating a map, it crashes.
What's the problem?
