I used to go to the same resort on the coast every year, and for the first 3-5 days, I always had nightmares and all sorts of unpleasant, drug-related dreams. As it turned out from talking to other vacationers, it wasn't just me. I never figured out the reason, but I came up with a theory that it's because of the very high-quality rest, when the psyche relaxes and all sorts of subconscious things come to the surface.

I haven't had dreams in a long time (or I don't remember them), but suddenly I dreamed that I needed to go to the cosmodrome, and for once, I called a motorized rickshaw through a dispatcher instead of hailing one on the street. And these not-so-bright guys mixed up the orders and couldn't find where I was waiting for my "carriage," and they were looking for me in a completely different place. At the same time, in the dream, they showed how my spaceship was being assembled on the other side of the city, systems were being checked, passengers were being loaded, and the time until launch was ticking away.
And then, after another argument with the dispatcher, my motorized rickshaw finally found me, and we raced to the cosmodrome at full speed, dodging traffic jams. Luckily, the driver was a daredevil – he was driving at some impossible speed and didn't care about the rules. Unfortunately, the next sharp turn was so sharp that I woke up and never found out if I made it to my spaceship or not.
