I would like to raise a question regarding the “Blacklist” topic. Here is a link to the mentioned Topic. As you can see, the topic is closed. The author of the topic is numOne. They were last online on August 22, 2014. Therefore, the information in the topic is not being updated. The following situation remains unclear to me: from the list in the topic, I know Vatya, Juristis, GUNAR, and Vigo. It is unclear whether these players have had their penalties removed. This is just one specific case. In general, my suggestion is as follows: 1. Either open the topic so that any of the current members of the Arbitration Committee can add up-to-date information to it. 2. Or move this topic to the archive (or delete it), and one of the current members of the Arbitration Committee will create a new similar topic with current information.
