This was almost 40 years ago. If anything remains now, it’s a lot of unexploded mines scattered throughout the jungles and abandoned temples, and practically no food taboos left: they eat everything here, from spiders and snakes to dogs and crocodiles.
Otherwise, it's typical Asia now. For example, these guys are on their way to celebrate New Year's Eve. The photo was taken 2 hours before the date change.
