psatkha, why doesn't the creature export to Heroes 5 when I try to export it with a skeleton? Also, can a .gr2 file serve as both a skeleton and a model at the same time? I had that idea. To create a file, equip it with a skeleton and a model at the same time, and then use it for both, but I don't think it's possible.

Well, actually, .gr2 is a kind of super container; there are games where all the model elements are in one file, i.e., the mesh itself, the skeleton, and animations. In addition to this, there are also different scaling options for the level of detail (hi, mid, and low), and all of this is in one file!

What exactly are you using to export?!
