The beginning was tough, but Tant got expert earth and by the second week was already ready to take Dragon Utopia without losses, though he hadn't seen any nearby yet. And then the opponent throws away his father-unit; he didn't account for the fact that there can be a gr. stack, and refused the auto-draw. It could have been very difficult, as Kir would have received wings on the next turn.

The alcohol from the 31st to the 1st is clearing out slowly. The brilliance of my own thoughts amazes me sometimes. Built up the Mage Guild to buy Kir a book with oil. Thought I had bought it, went to hit pits for 15k exp without the book, but whatever. Go back for the book, buy it, transfer the army to a secondary hero and with that same hero kill the mother-unit's split... Nothing left to do, either spend another day buying or smash Kir against the monks. I crossed myself three times:smile16: , but God apparently went drinking with Father Frost and didn't hear my prayers; the zealots deal exactly 8 damage and send the mother-unit into oblivion. She wasn't in the tavern, and there was very little money to dig. That's how it went.
The morale — you need to think before doing anything. Otherwise, you'll end up in a situation where all you have to do to leave the group is beat Maretti:rolleyes:
