Tournament Regulations for the "Novice" Tournament.

When will registration for the "Newcomer" tournament start? I would like to participate in my second "Newcomer" tournament and try to win, as my gaming experience was only one month during the first "Newcomer" tournament.)))
P.S. If Hota or SoD were available as options for participants, it would be great! After all, Hota is also popular, and SoD has become monotonous.)))
