Insouciance

Well, in my humble opinion, which I've formed over a considerable period of time, although it may be wrong, those who desperately fight evil rarely succeed and live to old age, sooner or later finding themselves in a situation from which they lack even their divine skill to escape. Saving a princess from a thousand-meter dragon whose breath tears the boundary between space and time, or standing up to defend a rundown village against legions of demons, and so on.
