How can I change the simultaneous turn mechanics?

Here's a mod that disables path intersections. Place it in the Bin folder and launch the game from it; it doesn't seem to work with the Ubisoft version. This mod needs to be active for all players in the game; otherwise, there will be desynchronization when paths intersect.
