First week I ran around collecting resources, traded for zero. Medusas in the citadel.

On day 1 week 2 month 1 I bought [troops], started taking Dragon Fly Hives: got very lucky, 5 Dragon Fly Hives nearby — 3 at 8, 1 at 12, and 1 at 6. I cleared +3 ore, a box of 20k XP. I saw an enemy hero sticking out of the underground.

I took a 4th-level Griffin Conservatory with a scout hero, decided to scout the underground — reached a red town with my scout hero. There's a lookout — I see КВ behind the crosses. I send Dessa there, take КВ on the last timer. On the next turn, from the same lookout, I see Goshi running on the edge of the treasure zone. I cover it with Dimension Door and Fly. Superiority in both stats and magic.
