Should you announce to everyone that your wife/husband is cheating on you? That's a great prospect. In case of anything, family problems are resolved differently, not through court.

Divorce resolves them. And the reason will still be revealed. It's much better not only to divorce a not-so-faithful spouse but also to get some satisfaction from fair retribution in the form of a prison sentence/fine.

Why would that be? We don't live in antiquity, and it's not customary to stone people.

I don't quite understand. Do you think that such cases don't happen, so it's pointless to change the law, or do you think that this idea isn't very good?
