Favorites, to battle! - 8 - The Battle of Favorites! - 8

The first week was quite dismal - at the start, the fish zone had no fish, and the fairy situation was also a mess; only Ciel brought joy, who already had 6 SP by 113. Super treasure zone in the swamp, adjacent zones except for Compact were blocked. I spent the whole week running around with 10 Air Elementals and 10-15 fairies; I reached the Citadel/Castle combo, but there was a Greek player there with a ton of power. I only had one arrow, so I plugged into the Citadel, although the Goblins under the Greek with 8 speed beat me up (specialization, Earth magic, +1 speed). I managed to get out with only 7 Air Elementals. There were Psychs in the Citadel at home, but there was absolutely no money for buying them.
On 121-2, I traded almost full, bought Air Elementals and 4 own units from the Citadel, and went back to fighting off the AI, since my army had nothing else to do and all the good stuff was mostly in the swamp. Found boots. By the end of the week, I killed another 2 AI players; took a couple of max Medusa zones, birds were in the Citadel at home, while the AI had a bird config in the Castle. By 131, things started moving with the birds - fought for a Town Portal scroll, built up the Tower, and by the end of the week, got wings and hives from a super treasure zone. I broke through 3 first Dragon Utopias in a chain - they gave decent stats. By 143, I had already taken 7+ Dragon Utopias, cleared the swamp treasure zone with wings; there was still no Dimension Door, but everything else was there - Alliance, handcuffs, red orb, 100+ Monarchs, etc.
On 211, I finally got a Dimension Door in the 3rd Tower, and finishing it off was easy - 4 heroes with 3200+ moves and Dimension Door, 115 Monarchs, 20+ birds, stats around 40. Thanks for the game.
