How can I change the simultaneous turn mechanics?

It is precisely because of my unsuccessful search that I posed this question, hoping that someone knows, has seen, heard, or accidentally found something related to this (perhaps in another mod).
It could help me to know which files/folders are responsible for what, or even the name of this mode in English.
But, perhaps you are right, and this is an impossible task for an ordinary player.
