For everyone experiencing problems connecting to ubi.com:
- Make sure you have the latest version of Heroes. Currently, this is 1.41, 1.5 for the original and 2.1 for the add-on.
- And try logging in with account - Testacc2007, password - test123. If the login is successful, then you registered your account incorrectly. The email is automatically sent to the address you specified during account registration.
