I'm assuming the grandma is part of the mafia, and the second unclear action is not an attack by Alex; otherwise, we're doomed, no matter how we vote.

So, what if Kent is the grandma? Then he knows who he targeted with the psychic attack and has the exact results of the polls. I wouldn't be surprised if he checked Yashur for recruitment with his second ability tonight and it came back positive.

I didn't think Yashur was mafia before because he came in as a replacement, and replacements are usually peaceful. But we don't know anything about Hiro; he could have requested a replacement after being recruited.

Also, I remember that the grandma didn't conduct a poll on the second night. If Gur was the grandma, that would explain it; he just slacked off on his action. So, I think Kent is the grandma; since he's so confident in his correctness, he must have the necessary information. "Trust your sheriff."
