The only thing that comes to mind is that Mental Lee did kill, but not with her ultimate, but with a delayed kill after Rick (aka Nancy) hit with his club yesterday... But that doesn't quite fit either, because the ultimate goes first, and it's supposed to replace the delayed kill:smile32:

And the second question is, who did Lee target? Mana, who can't be killed? Zero? And why did he survive if he only has protection against physical attacks, and there should also be psychic damage.
