I personally prefer the Nargott's Wheel, but completely discarding perks... well, let's say the Ash's Favor and Fortune's Path perks are indeed a bit much, but the rest... And here's another thing – I once suggested linking a number of spells to skills, removing them from free access, and that idea was promptly rejected (in the symmetry thread), but now I see, for example, vampirism, regeneration, earthquake, and something else attached to skills... and now, pay attention to the question: what prompted the reconsideration of this aspect?
