Okay, option 3. Since we have 3 distinct infections – Vish, Ment, and Lee (or even 4, remembering the unknown person in critical condition). If Zero's ultimate ability affects 2 targets, then the other 2 are Nancy and Lyuska. Or it's 1 effect, and one of them generates it.
"The third victim" is definitely an infection, and not from Lyuska. And if Nancy copied her action, it should have been displayed similarly, but with a hint of Nancy. But here, it refers to a victim of the zombie raid (ultimate ability), and in critical condition. I think Zero used his ultimate on him, not on Ment.
