Is it possible to edit objects on the map?

By parameters, I actually meant the stats that this object provides. I've never worked with scripts before, so it's a dark art for me. I tried to figure something out in the editor for a long time, but it was also unsuccessful, and in the game files, I found documents about this object, but I couldn't determine where the necessary parameters are, and whether they even exist there.
