I've played through the map completely three times. And I can say this: at least during the first week of gameplay, the computer always makes the same moves (well, if not exactly the same, then one of two possible options). I've even memorized how the computer plays. It always makes the same moves – I'm sure it's the same for others. And only when you get very close to the computer, it might suddenly rush off in some unknown direction. And so, at least during the first week of gameplay, I could determine how the computer played – whether it was playing on its own or with assistance.
