NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Hello everyone, I have a few suggestions: 1) Create a Knight hero with the Light Master specialization, which would reduce the cost of Light magic spells by 5 + hero level % and provide a bonus to spell power for these spells (hero level / 5). I think it would be good to give him an Inquisitor model. 2) Change Sorgal's specialization to something similar to Shakaruk's. 3) Add +1 to the speed of creatures that heroes Razaz, Irbet, Ingvar, Gilraen, Orson, Laslo, and Tilsek specialize in, in addition to their main bonus.
