Besides, these saves were sent to the VDV organizer separately; two were sent to me for safekeeping, since Reaper's nickname didn't appear in bold in the table.

How would you interpret this? It includes a request to send the save to the players and even an attempt to upload it to the forum :)

You can start discussing that sending saves to someone other than the official organizer is also a serious violation of the rules...

But that's unnecessary – as far as I understand, the organizers can substitute for each other if one is unavailable. And VDV almost always indicates who to contact in his absence.

Regarding point 12 of the rules... Where did you find that it prohibits ANY discussion?? It's quite logical, and the fact that this is only coming up now suggests that it prohibits online discussion on the forum, which could become public.

Here's an example of how people misinterpret poorly worded rules – Ataman writes:

That is, on the forum, in private messages, and anywhere else. It's impossible to track this, but when they say they discussed the Walkthrough... (they should have kept quiet).
