=Lizard=I have a feeling that Redwhite set the OH deadlines based on game experience, primarily in SoD. But this is HotA, which on average is faster than SoD by 2-3 days on any map template (due to strong starting armies). Therefore, the optimal OH deadlines would be:
I can't say for sure regarding big nostalgia, but I think around 125 to avoid any risks.Vik suggested the deadlines and I set them at my own discretion; in HotA, encounters will very rarely happen before these dates. But you can always agree on the deadlines yourselves. And the games I played with OH confirmed my words; even OH could have been pushed back further.
