[TOURNAMENT-HotA] Wizard OH

Regarding the same-turn (OH) deadlines, people have spoken out, but the lead apparently isn't reading the thread. And this is a very important point. I am posting saves from a recent game on Mininost. The OH deadline was set to 131. On turn 126, Blue takes 2 Dragon Utopias—one in their own treasure zone and another in the center, which drops wings—and in that same turn flies to Red's respawn and kills the opponent's fodder. Naturally, the OH is interrupted. As I understand it, only Blue is replaying turn 126. How should he proceed? If the encounter had been in the center (without control), knowing the contents of the Dragon Utopias, he could play it completely differently. Moreover, the turn was very long.
