Did it seem to me, or is the Snowman defending the second-in-command, the Shaman?

Why not? I wouldn't mind hanging him too, as I mentioned before. However, I don't see how the game can continue even if the Shaman turns out to be Kane (I explained everything in the previous long post). So, instead of the expected unconvincing excuses (admit it, they sound less convincing than the accusations), I'm simply calling for logic.
