NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Good day! Today I had some time to play the mod and noticed that Sigrun's special ability doesn't work, at least on neutral creatures; their speed isn't reduced. I also noticed a visual bug with Kubera: if you remove the Rakshasa from her army, the visual bonus doesn't disappear, even though it's actually fine. Idea for a demon hero: Hellhounds and Hell Steeds, when added to the hero's army, automatically become the first tier (fiery) for free.
