Maybe a free program called TunnelBear can help. (https://www.tunnelbear.com/) It allows you to bypass various obstacles set by your internet provider. At least, it helped me connect with opponents in Hearthstone from home (before, there was no connection at all), so there is a chance of success.

We tried connecting with an opponent using this program, but it didn't work. Maybe there's someone in the Heroes community who knows a lot about network and internet connections and can take a look at the problem via TeamViewer. Since the problem is with me, I'm asking for help.
