A maniac can't just apply a block. He can only apply someone else's block. Whose block are you talking about on Drakko?

If the Master hadn't used the different display of Levi as an example, I would have said that the maniac applied isolation. But now it seems unlikely.
It doesn't seem like a Narik at all.
That leaves the block that Ricchi (specifically Ricchi, not me) applies at the moment he steals from his own assassin. But it doesn't seem to be displayed.

In general, it's not a very convincing version.
