Rick would already be dead, as both his special abilities and his neutral ability would be gone. The Doctor and the "patients" are not infected. The infection is not visible on Lee. That leaves Rook or the maniac.

We need to clarify this with the game master. Does death from infection occur when there are no available special abilities or neutral abilities to remove, or as soon as the last legal pair disappears? In other words, will Rick, who has 2 special abilities, a neutral ability, and an ultimate ability (i.e., 2 neutral abilities), survive after 2 nights of infection?

Regarding the Doctor and the first Mafia member, I'm confused; it seems like Lyuska couldn't have claimed them.

What joy does Jack get from the fact that the Cop locked himself? The town is guaranteed to lose a vote.
At least until the recruitment, the move would definitely be questionable.
