Regarding the controversial situation between Botinki and Hexorin, so there are no further questions:
Hexorin agreed to play with Botinki, but due to technical reasons, the game did not finish, since Botinki has a no-show in the official games. I think that the fairest decision on my part would be to leave everything as it is, i.e., to award Hexorin a technical victory.
My decision was also indirectly influenced by the fact that Botinki has not had a single game without technical issues.
I apologize if anyone is offended, but I believe that this is the fairest way to resolve the situation.
I completely agree with Adelaide... In my opinion, the decision is correct, although it is a pity to be eliminated in the quarter-finals, but still....
I wish Hexorin good luck in the tournament bracket, and Adelaide - a calm (!) and, most importantly, successful (!) tournament.
