Mafia 101. Disputed Island

Each team has its own set, and they don't depend on each other.
On odd nights, members of Haven go first, and on even nights, the infected do. This applies to recruitment as well.

I might be asking a silly question, but... does this only apply to recruiting the same target? And if two factions are recruiting different targets, should there be two recruited members in the morning? Is that correct?
