It's definitely cheaper in Saratov...
I'm working on this issue; the problem isn't so much where, but what the conditions are + the season (autumn - spring is out of the question, the weather is too bad). I envision a vacation in Saratov as being on the Volga... in the countryside, but there's immediately a problem - the internet (it's 100% - there simply isn't any) and in many cases, poor food (meaning you have to travel to eat properly), and you're wrong about it being cheaper! It's more expensive here than in St. Petersburg. However, as I said, I'm working on it...
