What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

I would probably remove the elementals from the Sylvan faction! And instead of them, create a separate elemental faction!

And also, remove the summoning ability during battles. Let this faction be weak so that it can be easily defeated. And give the elementals to Haven, as they are a weak faction.
