How can I change the simultaneous turn mechanics?

In the online game, there is a parameter called "simultaneous player turns," which helps save time. Simultaneous turns last until the distance between two players' heroes exceeds 1.5-2 turns. I would like to reduce this parameter for a more comfortable online gaming experience. Which file contains this setting, or what direction should I look in?
P.S.: I have already examined the game data, but I couldn't find anything (nor could I find anything online).
