Phoenix Mod for Heroes 3.5 WOG.

I downloaded the file to the Update folder, clicked Update.exe, and a window popped up saying that this mod is BROKEN. When I click OK, the installation freezes completely. I tried to extract the contents from the wog file and download the Data folder to the same folder as the game on my computer, as well as the files that were in the wog file to the root directory of the game... I enjoyed reading the coveted Help file, but when I launch Phoenix.exe, the game simply doesn't load... please advise.

In general, you need:

1) A clean Heroes of Might and Magic III (SoD).
2) A clean Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death (WoG) archive.
3) Delete the old files and remove the references from the registry.

Then, install Heroes of Might and Magic III (SoD).
Then, install Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death (WoG) 3.58 (the first time, it will ask for a temporary folder to extract to, and the second time, the folder where the game will be installed).
Then, copy the Russian localization wog files to the update folder and run the update.
Then, extract the mod archive and get the wog archive (it was a 7z file).
Copy the wog archive to the update folder and run the update.
That's it.
Run the Phoenix.Exe file.

The WoG version must be 3.58!

XEL, what about the biographies? Shouldn't we include them?
