I remember Revan once sharing songs by this band on Acteon.
You can also listen to the vocalist's solo project, but it has a different sound, and in general, most of the songs are of a "calm" nature, with the vocals taking center stage. However, I've long ceased to see this as a problem, as I perceive the voice as a musical instrument, and its appropriateness depends primarily on the concept of the composition.
In general, I've listened to a lot of music from various genres and cultures; I always like some of it, and some of it suits a specific mood, but there is a large group of music (mainly found among Western and CIS artists) that I perceive as the sounds of work tools, i.e., I don't connect with it at all.
