In the seventh game, magic is too dominant; I completed this map by summoning elementals. The sorceress has a high magic power stat, and I summoned them in packs every turn. Basically, there's no need to build a castle at all; the elementals did all the work. By the way, I noticed the same thing in the human campaign (at least in the first three missions), meaning the strategic element is not really needed in the campaign; you mostly don't need to build a castle... It's not a campaign in a strategy game, but a damn pseudo-interactive cartoon, which is why I didn't bother playing the others – it's just not interesting.
Regarding the previous maps for mages – I agree, summoning elementals makes the playthrough easy, but on the last one, I only saw the Ring of the Elements, in two castles, and there were no points of learning that spell :smile32:.
