Well, let's just say that finding a utopia is still a challenge... and the game might end in 3-4 weeks... The Swamp is one of those castles that can also be used to easily conquer utopias, and then it's just luck – whoever gets what... but I don't think that's what we're discussing... I've been playing Heroes since I can remember, and there's no need to refer to other players...
I agree that the Conflux and Necropolis have several advantages... But read about how many tactics there are for fighting against them... so I fundamentally disagree with you... Every castle has its own advantages and disadvantages! Playing to the strengths of a castle can lead to victory... playing to its weaknesses will inevitably lead to defeat ;)

And against the Necropolis, a fast-paced game is exactly what's needed... letting the Necropolis survive until the second month is like signing your own death warrant... But the Swamp can easily defeat the Necropolis in the early stages of the game... And after that, it will be difficult for any castle... So it's not right to attribute this to the weakness of the Swamp. =)
