Here, Yashchur mentioned the 100 Antoshkas. I'll briefly retell one story. At my university, there was one professor, teaching a not-so-important subject, who blatantly failed 95 percent of the students so that they would then pay her. When she taught us for the first time, that's exactly what happened. Only a couple of top students barely managed to get a "C" (and even they ended up buying some kind of document from her), and everyone else paid. But then, when she was assigned to us again... we called a "meeting" of all three groups in which she was supposed to teach. We wrote a letter to the dean refusing her services, and everyone signed the paper. The dean was, of course, shocked and gathered all three groups to find out what was going on. They directly told him that she was failing students in order to take bribes. He, of course, pretended that he had nothing to do with it and knew nothing (although in reality, he knew everything and most likely even benefited from it). He wanted to assign her to us anyway, but when several people said that we would go to the rector, and everyone else supported them, he got scared and finally agreed to remove her. In the end, the dean himself taught the subject, haha. But at least everyone passed the course normally. And do you know why our groups did all this? Because WHOEVER DOESN'T JUMP IS A MOSKAL!
