Schools.

I understood a long time ago where such teachers come from. No self-respecting person would go to a school while "cattle" are in charge of the process. So, they fill the gaps with whoever they can find...

I disagree with this statement. In the same school, math lessons, for example, were conducted normally and in silence, simply because the teacher knew how to maintain discipline. But overall, IT SEEMS TO ME that the low popularity of the profession is largely due to low salaries and a general unwillingness to engage in such activities (in addition to the social element, there are other factors).

And in general,
a) Schoolchildren bully each other during breaks and after classes.
b) During lessons, they interfere with each other by throwing/spitting paper or poking each other in the back with something, such as a compass.
c) They interfere with the teacher in every possible way if the teacher does not have enough "character."
d) A significant number of teachers do not know how or do not want to teach.
e) The school curriculum itself is outdated and not optimized at all; the priority is placed more on instilling patriotism than on raising the average level of education in the country.
f) Individual differences of students are not taken into account at all, and this is impossible given the above.

It is difficult for me to imagine how, under such conditions, a large number of people in this (and other) professions could appear => the potential of many people is simply destroyed.

I am reasoning based on my experience of studying in two Ukrainian schools, and therefore I can only guess how things are in the Russian Federation. But judging by what I have heard from my numerous acquaintances, the situation is not much different.
