- Web. Probably takes up the most time. Often, I just zone out listening to music, or I save photos/images, visit forums, read various forums and websites with all sorts of information, and also bookmark certain websites because I'm a data hoarder.
- Anime. From the couch, it seems like a good substitute for drugs and alcohol. Visual novels, to a lesser extent. I rarely watch movies, and in 90% of cases, they are Korean/Japanese/Chinese.
- Video games. I stopped getting the enjoyment I used to from them a long time ago, and it rarely happens that I'm in the right mood and find a game that fits. A significant amount of time is spent on "aimless" games - Crusader Kings 2, Diablo, Civilization. It's a shame there aren't any good MMOs. It's important to note that I have a 2011 laptop that I bought with money from a part-time job (lol) and the payments I received before I turned eighteen, and as a result, I don't have the opportunity to play anything modern.
You can call me a pessimist, but I think it's extremely difficult to approach life optimistically without having at least some free money (and not, say, $80 a month for a nine-hour, six-day work week) when your health problems start in your feet and end in your head.

It's like you expected something different from the locals.
I, for one, can't complain about being bored, but for some reason, I constantly feel like a character in Revan's game.
I read it as hip-hop at first.
