HoMM3 HD 4.0 RC27

Attention! In RC27, it is strongly not recommended to load saves made on the first day of the game by previous versions when playing with HotA.

RC20 was released with a lot of bugs and glitches – even worse than the very first RC3.
RC27 will fix the situation (there are many bug fixes and changes in HotA, I'm too lazy to list them).

Tonight (Thursday evening) I will release an even more polished version.

[–] Bug: the "Start timer after taking a turn" option might not work in HotA.
[–] HotA bug: when playing with HotA, the timer was added to the blue player twice.
