Can Phylactery be absolutely any item? Can it be located at any distance from the mage? Can it be set before the game if the character starts with this skill?

Versatility
You can redistribute physical characteristics, gaining an additional 4 points of physical attributes. 80. 40%. x8

Can you reduce Strength to the absolute minimum? Will this have consequences? Is there a limit to the stats?

Creeping Death
A huge number of insects attack the selected enemy, dealing 60 points of damage each round and having a 50% chance to cause the enemy to fail their action. R (each turn). 80%. x12

In general, there is a problem with many spells in terms of:
1) You pay mana
2) You pray that you don't fail the spell
3) You pray that the opponent doesn't succeed in Will resistance
4) You pray that they don't succeed in resistance to another attribute
The chances of success are so low that there is simply no point in taking such debuffs.

Strength of Spirit
Magic resistance x2, +1 to base health per point of Will, +1% to damage per point of Will

Does the damage bonus also affect magic?
