So—I declare the meeting on the matter of bringing Clan Charters into compliance with the LZMS charter open.
Official representatives of clans must vote and express their opinion on the following issues within 7 days (based on Lesha's proposal):
1) A clan belonging to LZMS must develop and publish its own clear charter, so that those wishing to join can immediately see where they are going.
2) For the sake of openness in inter-clan relations, each clan must publish the results of its internal Tournaments (possibly by uploading a starting save for general review).
3) Will LZMS resolve issues arising in relations with clans outside of LZMS? If so—in what manner?
3) Will LZMS resolve issues arising in relations with individual forum users who do not belong to any clans or to LZMS? If so—in what manner?
