Heroes VII

It's no secret that you can play decently on 4 GB of RAM. But how realistic is it to play on a tablet with an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 (Cherry Trail) 2.24 GHz and 4 GB of RAM? The answer is relevant until 11.11.
The Intel HD Graphics Gen8 is slightly weaker than the ATI Radeon HD 2600XT, which is listed as the minimum requirement for Heroes of Might and Magic VII. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011) runs at 19 fps on low settings - it seems like a heavy game.
If possible, compare it to a well-known game in terms of how demanding it is (most games have already been run on this processor).
