CIS 2016

I don't want to dredge up the past, but during the CIS 2015 discussion, the participants from St. Petersburg started saying from the very beginning that they would like to host CIS 2015 in St. Petersburg. They argued and tried to convince everyone. In the end, they backed out, and CIS was held in Volgograd. I think that was enough time to consider the location for the tournament in ST. PETERSBURG... but it seems that the desire wasn't there... and now, when it's time to make a decision, they're suggesting ready-made options again and are ready to take on the organization!!! By the way, if someone like Artem (aka KOBRA) says that he will take on the organization of the tournament and 100% will find a place, and he just needs some time, I will vote for St. Petersburg.
