CIS 2016

I don't want to dwell on the past, but during the previous discussion about the CIS 2015 tournament, the participants from St. Petersburg started talking from the very beginning about how they would like to host the CIS 2015 tournament in St. Petersburg. They argued and tried to convince everyone. In the end, they backed down, and the CIS tournament was held in Volgograd. I think that was enough time to consider the location for the tournament in ST. PETERSBURG. But even with that, the desire should have been there... and now, when it's time to make a decision, they're suggesting options again and are ready to take on the responsibility of hosting the tournament! I'll say this: if someone like Artem (aka KOBRA) says that he will take on the responsibility of hosting the tournament and is 100% sure he can find a venue, and he just needs some time, then I will vote for St. Petersburg.
