So, the blue player didn't realize that the mine caused a bugged passage? If this is a skilled player, then it's on his conscience, in my opinion.

In reality, it's difficult to figure out.
There's a road from the sands to the grass, and the mine is further away.
And the opponent was running around there before.
Moreover, the blue player went through the entire center, the opponent was already gone, all the resources along the roads were collected + 2 unattacked Guardians of Light on the grass and lava (the red player came out off-road).
And changing zones along the road without protection – it simply wouldn't occur to anyone that the red player had never been there)))

So, formally, the rules were violated, but it was almost impossible to figure out during the game that they could be violated.
That's why I'm asking, how should such situations be judged? There was no conscious violation, not even a thought about it, and besides, the blue player could have destroyed anything at that moment :)
True, after spending the remaining mana, but the contact was much later, and the mana was replenished several times afterwards)))
