What were your expectations for Heroes 4?

By chance, aren't you expecting the fifth installment to be an upgrade of the third...? :)\ Because, judging by the criticism, I get the feeling that fans want an add-on, a continuation of the third game from Nival. But the fifth game is a completely different game.\ Regarding the topic, I didn't expect anything from the fourth installment. I was hoping for a good game. But the introduction of a superhero-like hero on the battlefield forced me to build an army only to guard the castle, which would only occasionally crawl out to help the lone hero. Therefore, I was disappointed.
