I agree with you about the Sylvan faction (I'm simply not interested in them); personally, I imagine an alternate upgrade for the Twilight Dragon as looking black, but with red-orange hues and glowing.

Let me rephrase the question: If an alternate upgrade involves replacing some skills with others, how do you think this will affect the Sylvan and Dark Elf factions? The impact on the other factions is more or less clear.
